The Sewing Club offers a creative space for youth to learn the art of sewing and unleash their imagination through fabric and needle. Participants will acquire fundamental sewing techniques, create unique garments and accessories, and develop a sense of pride in their handmade creations.

Learning Outcomes

    • Acquire basic sewing skills and techniques, including stitching, hemming, and pattern-making.
    • Explore different fabrics and materials, understanding their properties and best uses.
    • Develop creativity and design skills by conceptualizing and creating unique garments and accessories.
    • Cultivate patience and attention to detail through precise sewing work.
    • Build confidence and a sense of accomplishment by wearing or showcasing their handmade creations.
