CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE THROUGH CONDUCTIVE EDUCATION
Provides group-based intensive motor training programs for children and adolescents with Cerebral Palsy and other physical disabilities. Additionally offers a range of support programs including sibling support groups, parent education nights, home-visit training programs, educational advocacy, medical advocacy, and comprehensive case management services. Programming is also available for young adults ages 18-25, with a focus on socialization skills, activities of daily life, community integration, and vocational training. Services are provided to individuals who are insured and uninsured, regardless of ability to pay. The Center has a Brighton Park location at 2701 W. 36th Place.
