Immigrant Family Support Program (IFSP)

Program description:

A program funded by the state of Illinois that provides financial assistance for undocumented individuals that have been affected by the pandemic.

This program will start August 2024 and will end December 2024.

Am I eligible?

Who can apply: undocumented individuals that do not qualify for any public assistance services themselves, such as SNAP, TANF, unemployment benefits, or Section 8.

Only FIRST time applications will be taken into consideration.

What documents do I need to apply?

Documents needed to apply:

  1. Proof of Illinois residence
  2. Proof of identity ( valid matricula, passport, City key Card, or TVDL.)
  3. Proof of income past 30 days
  4. Proof of hardship due to the pandemic
