Program description:

A program funded by the state of Illinois that provides financial assistance for undocumented individuals that have been affected by the pandemic.

*We are serving all zip codes in Chicago.

*This program ends June 30, 2023.

Am I eligible?

Who can apply: undocumented individuals that do not qualify for any public assistance services themselves, such as SNAP, TANF, unemployment benefits, or Section 8.

*If you had applied in the past, you may be eligible for funds again this year.

What documents do I need to apply?

Documents needed to apply:

  1. Proof of Illinois residence
  2. Proof of identity ( valid matricula, passport, City key Card, or TVDL.)
  3. Proof of income past 30 days
  4. Proof of hardship due to the pandemic
