Program description:

BPNC is committed to guiding, educating, and empowering future homeowners. Our program consists of 8 hours of education and counseling to meet the program/HUD’s requirements. The program is designed to offer individual counseling and group education where you will learn about the home buying process, credit, money management, the different mortgage products, and down payment assistance programs. After completion of education and counseling, a certificate will be provided. Call us today to register for our next in-person homebuyer’s class.

1. Recent 30 days of income:

  1. Paystubs
  2. Unemployment Benefit Letter or payment detail
  3. SSI/SSDI/SSA Benefit Award Letter(2025)
  4. Pension Letter
  5. Workers Compensation/Temporary Disability: Award Letter
  6. Rental Income: Rental leases & proof of rental receipts
  7. Divorce Decree or court order for child support or alimony
  8. Self-Employment: 2 recent quarters of Profit & Loss Statement
  9. Public Aid/ Welfare Benefit Letter

2. Bank statements for the last 2 months (all accounts &

all pages)

3. 2023 & 2024 State & Federal Income Tax Returns w/W2 (Signed & Dated)

4. Documents that reflect expenses on budget:

  1. Electricity
  2. Natural Gas
  3. Water
  4. Cell Phone/Home Bill Credit Cards
  5. Insurance
  6. Cable/Internet
  7. Medical Bills
  8. Any other monthly bills

5. Copy of your most recent credit report. We can order it for you. There will be a surcharge of $21.00 for one person and $36.00 for two people if we order it for you.
