Brighton Park Neighborhood Council provides rental counseling to tenants and landlords about their rights and responsibilities. Our program also offers workshops to educate individuals on: the eviction process, “Keep Chicago Renting” Ordinance, fair housing, and tenants’ and landlord rights & responsibilities. BPNC offers additional resources that will assist individuals resolve their renting disputes.  Our counselors will assist landlords and tenants draft leases, letters to mediate housing issues with landlord/tenants, and conduct referrals for rental or legal assistance.
