BPNC is committed to guide, educate, and empower current and future homeowners.  Our program consists of 8 hours of education and counseling to meet HUD’s requirements. The programs is designed to offer individual counseling and group education where you will learn about the home buying process, credit, money management, the different mortgage products and down payment assistance programs. After completion of the program, a certificate will be provided.

Participants must complete the In-Person or Online class and at least one face to face session with a housing counselor in order to receive the Home Buyer’s Education certificate.
