BPNC hires college mentors to support at-risk 9th and 10th graders at Kelly High Schools. Mentors maintain caseloads of 10-20 students and work with the students on a one-on-one basis to ensure they are on a track to graduation. Mentors keep in close contact with Kelly teachers and staff.

 

BPNC has worked with Freshman Academy to receive referrals based on off- track data and early referral system set up with Network 8.

 

In a single year, up to 280 students were engaged in the program.
